Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budget analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense management.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial processes.
- Money collections from clients regarding past due invoices.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in a security or service-oriented industry is a plus.
