- Bidding on commercial projects
- Project managing
- Sourcing new projects in the field
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial flooring
- Intermediate math skills to execute sales and achieve goals
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing trends and technologies
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
