Baristas:
Requirements:
- Café experience.
- Customer service oriented.
- Creative and interactive.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Food Handler certificate
- Ability to work various shifts.
Team Leader:
The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager/Owner in maintaining a positive environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Positive Quality Experience for both our café guests and team members. Team Leaders assist in training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our Policy and Procedures. This position directly supervises the barista and shift leader barista positions and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of the café Operations Manager/Owner,
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Café experience (with espresso based coffee)
- Customer service oriented.
- Creative and interactive.
- Food Handler certificate
- Minimum one year of retail or six months of specialty coffee experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must be able to work Full-time, and overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- This position will require frequent standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist.
- Regularly required to handle food, hot beverages, and work with sharp objects.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skill
- Previous experience in food service, serving, or barista roles is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Clover, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
