Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of construction crews, ensuring all safety and building regulations are met.
- Manage and report on project progress to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Train and develop crew members, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Handle all site-related issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
- Complete site inspections for scope of work and quality workmanship.
- Participate in the execution of assigned projects
- Complete daily/weekly inspections and progress photos on company apps.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership in the construction industry, particularly in roofing, with 3+ years of experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of provincial building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in administrative software and tools.
