Customer Service & Membership Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
- Conduct club tours and assist prospective members in finding the right membership solutions.
- Generate membership sales and support club growth initiatives.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage member inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention and engagement.
- Assist with administrative duties and member account management.
- Support community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional club environment.
