Responsibilities
- Perform breed-specific and pet trims to a high standard.
- Safely and confidently handle dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Prioritize the comfort and well-being of every dog.
Qualifications
- Professional dog grooming experience is required.
- Ability to complete grooms independently from start to finish.
- Strong scissoring and finishing skills.
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time available.
- Monday to Friday.
- Flexible scheduling.
- No evenings or weekends.
- Competitive hourly guarantee plus commission based on experience, with 100% of tips retained by the groomer.
