Core Responsibilities:
- Complete injection mold inspection (disassemble, clean and lubricate)
- Perform minor repairs to molds including replacement of Ejector pins, horn pins, bushings, electrical connectors, hydraulic hoses, water fittings, repairs to sprue bushing and ejector box components
- Troubleshoot and identify potential problems such as: wear of mould components including slides, leader pins, bushings, lifters, rising cores, ejection etc.

Education Requirements/Experience:
Minimum 3 years hands on experience working with Injection Molds, including 2 plate, 3 plate, hot runner Hydraulic core pulls.
Experience operating a manual mill, lathe and surface grinding equipment; an asset
Hours:
40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
