Rossano Property Management, a growing Property Management company, is looking for a full time landscaper to oversee all landscaping at our industrial, commercial and residential properties. Rossano has a 30-year history of managing a diverse portfolio and has properties located throughout Metro Vancouver.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, and have experience with commercial landscaping and operating power tools such as:
- Mowers
- Line trimmers, Hedge Trimmers
- Blowers
- Zero turns
- Weeding / bed cleanup
- Experience feeding and caring for all animals daily (Includes horses, dogs, cat etc.) is considered an asset
This is an independent role, so we are looking for someone who is a self-starter and capable of working with minimal supervision.
We are looking for an experienced individual to start immediately. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada to be considered.
Must have a Driver's License
Compensation is competitive with market and negotiable based on experience.
