JOB DUTIES
- General operations of hydrovac operator
- Maintain and service machine as required
- Perform inspections daily, as well as checking gas, oil, and other fluid levels. Replenishing fluid levels and greasing when necessary
- Complete the necessary paperwork for machine inspections and daily time sheets
- Other duties as assigned by your foreman or management team
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have valid class 5 drivers license
- Ability to perform physical exertions such as repetitive lifting, pushing and pulling items that weight up to 30 pounds as part of their daily routine
- 1-2 years of previous hydrovac operator experience would be preferred
- Able to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements
- Must speak English well and have strong communication skills
- Ability to follow specified guidelines and procedures
- Knowledge of Greater Vancouver area
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required
