Fonthealth is a Perimenopause & Menopause Clinic rooted in whole-person care, with hormone optimization and weight management as core parts of how we get women there. Our members don't come to us for a quick fix — they come because they're ready to reclaim their health, their confidence, and their lives during one of the biggest transitions they'll go through. We meet them exactly where they are, and we walk alongside them every step of the way.

We are a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team — including Nurse Practitioners, Registered Practical Nurses, a Nutritionist, and more — who collaborate closely to deliver extraordinary care to women in perimenopause and menopause. The Role
This role is the operational backbone of the member journey. You are the first voice members hear on the phone and the first face they see when they walk in, and you keep the administrative and front desk side of the clinic running smoothly so our clinical team can stay focused on care.
This is primarily a front desk and administrative role. That said, Fonthealth is a growing clinic, and we've built this role to grow too. Depending on your strengths and interests, you may take on clinical support tasks over time — things like vitals, body composition testing, or vitamin injections — as they come up. We're not looking to box this role in. We're looking for the right person, and we'll shape the role around them as we grow together.
What You'll Be Doing
Front Desk & Member Coordination
- Greet and welcome all members and visitors as they arrive
- Answer all incoming calls and follow up on unanswered lines promptly
- Schedule active members and manage appointment adjustments
- Monitor team appointment schedules to optimize current and upcoming weeks
- Monitor the member support email and escalate appropriately
- Support structured, asynchronous check-ins with members via email
- Manage medication refills and blood work requisitions
Operations & Systems
- Monitor and maintain the Fonthealth tracker in ClickUp
- Build accurate, complete member profiles in the system
- Keep medication and member records accurate and up to date
- Maintain daily clinic cleanliness and support the weekly deep cleaning schedule
- Identify and flag member experience or clinic flow gaps to the team
As the Role Grows With You
- Take vitals and support nursing documentation
- Perform body composition testing and before/after measurements
- Prepare and administer vitamin injections
- Take on other clinical or member-care tasks as they arise and as your role evolves

Strong Assets
- Experience in a healthcare, wellness, or client-facing front desk role
- Comfortable and confident with phones, scheduling, and administrative work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using EMRs, scheduling systems, ClickUp, and digital tools
- Familiarity with perimenopause, menopause, or women's health
- Medical Assistant diploma or equivalent clinical training
- Experience performing body composition testing or vitamin injections
- Comfort using AI-supported or automation-based systems
