Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate needs to know how to mud and tape drywall and is willing to learn carpentry, demo, interiors, finishing when not mudding and taping. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including restoration, rebuilds, and woodworking, contributing to high-quality construction and renovation efforts. - Perform mudding and taping drywall.
- Operate power tools, hand tools.
- Willing to learn and build as a team.
- Conduct restoration work, including interiors and structural repairs
- help organize work and substrades.
- Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites to maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines, budgets and quality standards are met
Qualifications
- Proven expirence in mud and taping drywall
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings not a must.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
- Knowledge of basic construction.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in demanding environments
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
- Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience with drywal
