Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative specializing in logistics to join our team in Montreal, this role is vital in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Represent Basram Group Inc at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales within the logistics or freight industry.
Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of freight operations, supply chain processes, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and data entry tools.
Prior experience with account management is preferred. Familiarity with 3PL services is a plus.
