We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Manage custodial duties such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and chemicals safely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly in hospitality or hotel environments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
