About Us
Bondi Produce & Specialty Foods is looking for an experienced G Class Driver to join our Transportation team as a Hot Shot Driver. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for completing recovery drops and other urgent, time-sensitive deliveries throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario.
This is a physically demanding, safety-first role requiring repeated manual handling, professional driving habits, and a strong commitment to reliability and customer service.
Unlike a designated route driver, this role provides operational support by responding to changing delivery priorities throughout the day. We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their daily work.
What You’ll Do
As a G Class Driver - Hot Shot Driver, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time by completing recovery deliveries and responding to operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete recovery drops and other time-sensitive deliveries throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. (not a designated route).
- Safely operate a 20-foot or greater straight truck.
- Load, unload, and hand-bomb product at customer locations.
- Respond quickly to changing delivery priorities and dispatch requests.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, professionally, and on time.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while representing Bondi Produce.
- Follow all company safety policies, traffic regulations, and delivery procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience driving a straight truck (20 ft or greater)
- Valid G Class Driver's Licence
- Clean driving record and strong safety history
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive manual work
- Comfortable being in and out of the truck all shift
- Strong knowledge of GTA roads
- Available to work 6 days per week
- Reliable and safety-focused
Pay & Employment Structure
- Starting wage: $24.00/hour
- Full-time, permanent role
- Probationary period applies
- Start time: 10:00 AM
