As a Front of House Staff / Barista, you’ll be the face of our café, ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers with a smile and taking their orders accurately.
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and baked goods.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café’s front-of-house area.
- Answering customer inquiries and making recommendations about our menu items.
- Handling transactions efficiently and responsibly.
- Collaborating with the team to create a positive and smooth-running environment.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a café or food service setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members alike.
- A passion for coffee, baked goods, and delivering excellent service.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
