We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working individual to join our team as a Landscape Crew Member at Twins Lawn Care and Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess strong attention to detail, and be motivated to deliver exceptional service in all aspects of landscape maintenance. Duties will include lawn care, garden maintenance, and general landscaping tasks.
Duties:
- Perform lawn care maintenance such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Installing Mulch, laying sod
- Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, including removing debris and leaves
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on-site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
