We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Hino Truck Sales Representative to join our growing commercial truck sales team. As a Hino Sales Representative, you’ll work with business owners, fleet managers, municipalities, and contractors to provide reliable medium-duty truck solutions backed by industry-leading service and support.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial customers.
Identify customer transportation needs and recommend appropriate Hino truck models and specifications.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and community involvement.
Prepare quotations, financing options, and sales proposals.
Coordinate with the service, parts, and finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay current on Hino product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Manage customer accounts using the dealership CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Represent the dealership professionally at trade shows, community events, and customer visits.
Qualifications
Previous sales experience is preferred; commercial truck, equipment, automotive, or heavy equipment sales experience is an asset.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using CRM software and Karmak
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of the transportation industry is considered an asset.
