Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Gardener to join our team in Canada. Based in our local office, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and health of our outdoor spaces, contributing directly to our mission of sustainability and community well-being.
Responsibilities
- MUST have knowledge of plants, flowers - how to manage and properly grow and trim. Must have knowledge of seasonal requirements for multi different projects.
- Maintain and enhance outdoor landscapes using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform gardening tasks including planting, trimming, and pruning.
- Implement landscape maintenance routines to ensure property aesthetics.
- Manage irrigation systems to promote healthy growth.
- Support horticultural activities to improve plant health.
- Assist in designing landscape features aligned with sustainability goals.
- Ensure safety standards are followed during all landscaping activities.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape gardening or related field.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of horticulture practices and irrigation systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping is a plus.
