Position Overview:
The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of automotive parts to our customers and service partners. This role plays an important part in ensuring excellent customer service while representing the Langley Hyundai brand in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely load, transport, and deliver automotive parts to customers, shops, and service providers.
· Pick up parts or supplies from vendors as needed.
· Verify accuracy of parts orders before delivery and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
· Assist in the parts department with stocking, organizing, and shipping/receiving duties when not making deliveries.
· Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and helpful always.
· Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and dealership policies.
· Report any vehicle issues, delays, or delivery concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Strong knowledge of the Langley/Lower Mainland area.
· Previous experience in automotive or delivery driving is an asset.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to lift and carry automotive parts and packages (up to 50 lbs).
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
