Summary
The Fleet Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on key performance data related to drivers, trucks, breakdowns, pre-trip compliance, and safety trends. This role supports the company’s operational, safety, and compliance goals by identifying trends, highlighting performance concerns, and providing useful reporting to management.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze driver performance data, including productivity, safety trends, incidents, inspections, and compliance concerns.
- Monitor truck and fleet performance, including breakdown trends, repeat mechanical issues, downtime, and equipment-related patterns.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management on fleet, driver, safety, and equipment performance.
- Identify trends that may impact operational efficiency, safety, compliance, or customer service.
- Work with Driver Management, Safety, Dispatch, Maintenance, and Operations to share findings and support corrective action.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, safety, maintenance, or data analysis is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data tracking tools
- Experience with transportation software, telematics, ELD systems, maintenance systems is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize information from multiple sources and present it clearly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
