Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Staff Management
- Supervise and coach site staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Ensure proper scheduling, training, and performance management of on-site staff and contractors.
Resident & Board Relations
- Act as the primary liaison for residents, Board of Directors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Address inquiries, feedback, and complaints with efficiency and care, fostering strong resident satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute notices, meeting packages, and management reports.
Building Operations
- Conduct regular site inspections; oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure contract compliance.
- Tender, negotiate, and supervise service contracts (e.g., fire safety, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal).
- Respond to and coordinate emergency situations, maintaining up-to-date emergency and safety procedures.
Financial Management
- Review and present monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports to the Board.
- Oversee collection of common element fees and arrears management in accordance with established policies.
- Ensure reserve fund contributions and expenditures comply with the Condominium Act.
- Approve invoices, purchase orders, and expenditures within established authority.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure the condominium corporation complies with the Condominium Act, by-laws, rules, and all applicable codes and legislation.
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and documentation as required by law and best practice.
- Support the Board in decision-making with sound financial, operational, and legal guidance.
Qualifications
- CMRAO General License required; RCM designation preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing condominium communities.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with Yardi Voyager preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to emergencies.

Pay: $61,607.32-$117,698.93 per year
