About the Role
We are looking for a skilled South Indian Cook / Chef who can confidently prepare authentic dishes and handle a busy kitchen. If you have strong experience with dosa, chutneys, and traditional flavours, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare high-quality dishes: dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, biryani
- Manage dosa station efficiently during rush hours
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support inventory control and prep planning
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years cooking experience
- Ability to work fast and independently during peak hours
- Good understanding of spices and traditional recipes
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Available evenings & weekends
Pay & Perks
- $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
