Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for residential and commercial paint, coatings, and finishes
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure proper paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paint, primers, stains, or coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other tools with precision and consistency
- working on scaffolding, scissor lift, when needed to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely
- Use hand tools and power tools for surface preparation, repairs, or finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of hazardous materials
- Collaborate with team members on laying floor covering, cabinet covering, furniture covering, prep work, etc.
- Conduct inspections to ensure finishes meet quality standards and specifications
- Finish Carpentry is part of the duties but an asset to know
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Knowledge of finish carpentry is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
