OUTDOOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE as well as for OUTDOOR LANDSCAPING at owner’s rural residence in the Fernie area. Successful applicant should have several years’ experience at:
Construction;
- Building maintenance – light duty sanding, staining, and weatherproofing
- Grounds construction – out-building restoration
- Interior renovations
Hard Landscaping and SoftScape;
- Heavier elements in landscape design – patio stones, rocks, gates, and driveways
- Plant & shrub maintenance for several large gardens
- Maintaining annuals in planters
- Lawn tractor operations on acreage
Overview;
- Skill level and years’ experience flexible
- Weekdays and/or weekend work hours, ranging from around 20-35 hours/week
- Hours negotiable
- Starting at between $22/hr to $28/hr – can be negotiated
- Commencing June 1, continuing through the end of October
- Should have own transportation.
