Position Summary
CommerceLink Logistics is looking for a dedicated and safety-oriented Class 1 Drivers to join our team. This role involves transporting goods between Nisku and Rocky View/Calgary surrounding area, ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 tractor-trailer units safely on regional routes
- Perform timely pickup and delivery of freight across Alberta
- Complete pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspections
- Ensure proper securement of all loads in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate electronic or paper logbooks (E-Logs preferred)
- Comply with all Alberta and Canadian transportation regulations, including Hours of Service
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and updates
- Provide professional customer service at delivery and pickup locations
- Report any incidents, delays, or mechanical concerns promptly
- Follow all CommerceLink Logistics policies and safety procedures

Qualifications
- Valid British Columbia Class 1 Driver’s License
- Clean driver’s abstract and strong safety record
- Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience,
- Previous Regional experience is an asset
- Knowledge of British Columbia highways and regional routes
- Experience with dry van, reefer, and heater is an asset
