Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate goods movement by optimizing delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and quickly address any issues that arise.
- Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
- Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information.
- Ensure compliance to safety regulations, shipping standards, and company policies.
- Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
