10+ years of program management experience with 5+ years leading AI/ML or digital transformation initiatives
Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise programs with GenAI, automation, or advanced analytics components
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Should be able to work closely with multiple hierarchies within customer organization
Strong financial insight in managing multi-million dollar program budgets
Strong understanding of GenAI technologies in programs
Experience managing programs across AMS/IMS/ADM delivery models with demonstrated operational excellence
PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications preferred; AI/ML certifications a plus
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML service offerings is a plus
Experience with AI governance, ethics frameworks, and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, responsible AI practices)
Mandatory Skills: App-Program Management-Cloud .
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 110000 to CAD 160000 .
