Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational and construction activities, requiring physical stamina and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to the successful completion of projects across different sites.
Duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision
- Maintain the cleanliness of work sites and equipment throughout the day
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Maintained site hygiene by performing rigorous cleaning and scrubbing of equipment and work surfaces to ensure a safe, debris-free environment
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures and regulations
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of construction or industrial environments is a plus
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
