Responsibilities:
- Performing thorough prep-work (washing, scraping, sanding etc.)
- Painting neatly and efficiently
- Politely and professionally interacting with clients
- Respecting client’s property and maintaining a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:
- Full time availability, May through August
- Capable of moving ladders, paint, and other heavy or awkward objects (with another crew member, when necessary)
- Motivated by achievements: take pride in the quality of your work
- Attention to detail
- Adaptable team-player with effective communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Compensation:
- Starting rate of $20/hour, depending on experience
- Earn upwards of $26/hour plus bonuses depending on efficiency
- Full training that provides life-long skills and knowledge
