Projects Coordinator | Window & Door Manufacturer
We are looking for a Window & Door Coordinator for a window and door manufacturing company. This is an on-site office position for someone who is organized, responsible, and willing to learn. Must communicate clearly in English and Mandarin or Cantonese .
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on window and door production schedules- Communicate with installers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Review construction drawings, project documents, and orders
- Track project status, deliveries, and material readiness
- Update Excel spreadsheets, project files, and office records
- Assist with purchasing, scheduling, and general office administration
Requirements:
Previous office experience required (2-3 year minimum)- Must be able to read and understand construction drawings, blueprints, or shop drawings
- Must communicate clearly in English Mandarin or Cantonese
- Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multi task
- Experience in windows, doors, or manufacturing is an asset
Job Details:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday- On-site position only (no remote or hybrid option)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
