Christina Lake Cannabis Corp is a leading Canadian outdoor cannabis cultivator and processor. Since 2020, we have operated a licenced cultivation, processing and research and development facility. CLC cultivates cannabis using strains specifically developed for outdoor cultivation, and countless centuries of combined experience have gone into fine-tuning the strains that we grow today. We’re looking for Harvest Team Workers to join our team!
Duties include but not limited to:
Delimbing plants, loading and transporting totes, processing plant material, loading biomass to dry racks, transferring racks into/out of dry rooms and storage as well a routine operational maintenance tasks such as field, hothouse, and processing facility cleanup, sanitizing dry racks, etc.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 10 hours per day.
Start date: August 4th, 2026. Finish date to be determined. (early September)
Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 19 years of age
- Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and prepared to work long hours (rain or shine) in an agricultural environment.
- They must have their own means of reliable transportation and should be fit for daily physical labor.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs/22 kg, and stand for extended periods of time.
Salary: $30 per hour + overtime
