Flat Roofing Foreman – Job Description

We are seeking Production Flat Roofing Foremen to join our Company in Beautiful Kelowna, B.C.
As a Production roofing foreman, you will be responsible for supervising the crew and overseeing on-site operations including production, safety and client communications ensuring all are handled professionally. You will oversee and participate in the installation of all commercial roof types such as SBS, TPO, etc. Both in the new construction and re-roofing markets.
Compensation:
- $45-$50/hr (pay determined according to experience level)
- Plus, a $1000 sign-on bonus after 6 months of successful employment
- Overtime pay at a rate of 1.5x after 8 hours daily.
- Full vacation and statutory holiday pay, paid bi-weekly
- Performance Bonuses may be available at the discretion of management.

Production Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate safe installation of commercial roofing systems (Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, Coatings) on industrial, Multi-family residential, and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret project document and specifications for commercial roofing systems
- Manage administration activities, including timekeeping, material and equipment use and safety documentation.
