Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, research, and design network security architectures
- Review existing network security and recommend enhancements
- Develop installation requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, and firewalls
- Design public key infrastructure, certification authorities, and digital signature solutions
- Perform network topology reviews and assessments
- Design and implement Azure VPN and firewall architectures
- Validate networking configurations including routing, DNS and IP ranges
- Configure Azure-side VPN Gateway and connectivity components
- Support migration activities including connectivity validation
- Provide issue triage for VPN and routing-related problems
General Skills
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and security design
- Experience working with enterprise networking environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams
Desirable Skills
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, Wireless Security
- Azure certifications such as AZ-305 or AZ-700

Confirm site-to-site VPN requirements, including Toronto / 777 to GDC and Toronto / 777 to Azure
Validate IP ranges, routing, DNS, firewall, and migration-related connectivity dependencies
Design the Azure-side VPN connectivity approach
Configure Azure-side VPN Gateway / Local Network Gateway components
Implement Azure firewall
Perform site-to-site VPN connectivity smoke testing
Provide VPN and routing issue triage
Prepare network and security settings for workloads
Pay: $100.00-$105.00 per hour
