As we continue to grow in Western Canada, we're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Vancouver team.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will manage and grow a defined territory in the Vancouver area, promoting a wide range of dental products to clinics, dental groups, and independent practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and has a passion for healthcare and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals across your assigned territory
- Promote and sell dental products, including consumables, equipment, and technology solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Provide in-person and virtual product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal support and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales; dental or medical supply sales is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel within the Greater Vancouver Area
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
