I am looking for a payroll technician for a company located in Saint-Eustache.
Here are the duties to be performed:
- Complete the full payroll cycle
- Process and validate payroll data and hours worked
- Manage overtime, absences, and leave banks
- Apply labor standards and compensation policies
- Generate reports and perform payroll-related audits
- Complete month-end journal entries
- Manage taxable benefits and expense accounts
- Answer questions from managers and employees
- Track and correct payroll discrepancies
- Other related tasks
What We're Looking For:
- DEC in accounting, finance, or administration
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Nethris (a plus)
- Bilingual in French and English
