Key Responsibilities-
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels of purchased components, fabricated parts, raw materials, consumables and production hardware.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
- Lead annual physical inventory counts and ongoing inventory improvement initiatives.
Stockroom Operations
- Oversee daily receiving, storage, material handling, and internal material movement activities.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and drawings where required.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
- Maintain an organized warehouse and stockroom environment that supports efficient picking and production.
Production Support
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials, fabricated parts, and purchased components to production departments.
- Work closely with Production Supervisors to prevent material shortages and production delays.
- Monitor material availability for production schedules and escalate potential shortages.
Leadership
- Supervise, train, and support warehouse and inventory personnel.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Fabrication departments.
- Assist in identifying material requirements and resolving inventory-related issues.
- Interpret part descriptions, bills of materials, and manufacturing drawings when required.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Promote housekeeping standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
