No extensive retail experience? No problem. Customer service experience is a bonus, but we're most interested in finding people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with, helping create a positive and welcoming experience during our busy Back-to-School season.
Your day may include:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Helping families find the correct uniform items, sizes, and products
- Operating the point-of-sale system and processing purchases, exchanges, and returns
- Assisting customers in fitting rooms and answering product questions
- Restocking merchandise and maintaining an organized sales floor
- Supporting inventory and backroom tasks as needed
- Working collaboratively with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
- Staying positive and adaptable during busy peak-season periods
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Experience in hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles
- Cash handling or point-of-sale experience
We provide comprehensive training and are happy to teach the right candidate.
