Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our projects, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workspaces and tools
- Help with moving supplies, products, or materials within the facility
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support team members in daily operational tasks as needed
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
