Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car & Powersports Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the car buying process, and ensure a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with potential buyers.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers and assist them during test drives.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and techniques for upselling products or services.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and financial discussions.
- A passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find their ideal vehicle.

Pay: $65,490.95-$177,555.84 per year
