Therapointe Physiotherapy is a multi-disciplinary clinic in Edmonton with a comprehensive team providing physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy and psychological services. We believe in a holistic approach to the healing journey of our patients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate clinic administrative assistant and Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) to oversee all the reception operations and administrative work of the clinical staff and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operating procedures such as client bookings, sales, inventory, customer service, billing, therapists requirements.
- Scheduling and shifts of the administrative staff
- Assigning and delegating the task to the staff as needed
- Delivering optimal patient experience regarding products and services offered
- Tracking expenses and revenues, bills, transactions, invoices, third party payment tracking, and deposits
- Maintaining the smooth flow of the clinic
- Facilitating acquiring of new clientele and maintaining loyal clienteles
- Sending letters and faxes to the other health care providers
- Coordinating with adjusters and insurance companies
- Strategies to improve the growth of the clinic
- Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the clients and staff
- Ability to meet the vision and mission of the clinic
Skills/Qualifications

- Experience with customer service, marketing, and business development
- Physiotherapy Office/Clinic Management: 1+ years (Required)
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (JANE SOFTWARE)
- Experience with WCB, MVA and Extended Health Care billing and booking procedures
Position: Part time
Hours: 20-24 hours.
Shifts; Morning, Evening and Weekends.
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
