Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share in assigned territories
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation, business development, and account management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Proficiency with CRM software with marketing strategies
- Analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
