Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selections, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role involves engaging with diverse customers, demonstrating products, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales are a plus, as you will be helping customers navigate our product offerings and complete transactions efficiently.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Utilize organizational skills to manage inventory levels and restock as needed
- Use effective communication skills to inform customers about promotions and new products
- Handle phone inquiries professionally and provide timely assistance
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math for cash handling
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills for merchandising and inventory management
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone or via online channels
- Upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
- Multilingual capabilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- 2+ years of fast-paced QSR store level experience required
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
