Job Summary
Ambutech is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service / Order Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams and shipping partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into IQMS via phone, email, fax, and online channels
- Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, orders, tracking, and products
- Prepare quotes, proformas, and bid requests
- Maintain and update customer records (pricing, contact info, notes, etc.)
- Process credit card payments for orders and invoices
- Coordinate shipping quotes and track shipments using courier platforms (e.g., UPS, Canada Post)
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and voicemail
- Send out annual price lists
- Maintain electronic records and correspondence
- Resolve order issues efficiently, working with production and sales teams
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English)
- Professional, polite, and positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 35–40 WPM preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
