What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll be the financial champion behind our growing business.
You'll own the day-to-day accounting functions while helping build scalable processes as we continue to grow across North America.
You'll work directly with leadership to ensure the business has accurate, timely financial information to make great decisions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and refining processes and enforcing policies
- Full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll support
- GST/PST filings
- Supporting:
- Month-end and year-end close
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Budget tracking
- Process improvement and documentation
- Working closely with our CFO and leadership team
Who You Are
You will have:
- Minimum 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience managing the accounting function for a growing business
- Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- The confidence to identify problems before they become expensive

Compensation
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 (depending on experience)
