KORS Tire is growing across two Okanagan locations, and we need one organized, dependable person to keep the numbers straight and the office running. This is a hybrid role: part bookkeeping, part general administrative support, for someone who’d rather own a variety of day-to-day responsibilities than sit in one narrow lane.

KORS Tire is an independent tire Import and retail business with locations in Kelowna and Vernon, BC. We run our retail locations on shopify and our books on QuickBooks Online, serving a steady mix of retail and commercial customers across the Okanagan. We’re a small, hands-on team where everyone knows the business, not just their corner of it.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for both KORS Tire locations in QuickBooks Online, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll and keep remittances current (source deductions, GST/PST, WCB)
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and tie out daily sales from shopify to the books
- Prepare month-end packages and supporting schedules for our external accountant’s review and filings
- Handle general office administration: filing, correspondence, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to ownership and management as priorities come up
- Maintain organized, audit-ready records and respond to accountant or ownership requests without delay
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 1-2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Comfortable switching between bookkeeping tasks and general office admin in the same day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with minimal need for supervision
- Solid written communication and comfort with everyday office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
Nice to have
- Experience with payroll processing and standard government remittances (CRA source deductions, GST/PST, WCB)
- Background in automotive, retail, or another inventory-heavy small business
Compensation & Benefits
$23–$28/hour, based on experience.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday or Tues-Sat in-office at our Kelowna location
