No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Perform general manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or tools
- Help with site maintenance including cleaning and organizing workspaces
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Operate basic tools and equipment as instructed during training
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks throughout the day
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team setting
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues
