What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients and team by:
- Build and grow your client base
- Sell with purpose and strategy
- Consistently exceed sales targets
- Provide expert insurance solutions with confidence
- Be a leader within a high-performance team
What We're Looking For
- OTL license/RIBO License (can be converted to OTL) - Not required to apply for the role, but must be able to obtain
- LLQP considered an asset (Must be able to obtain)
- 1+ years of insurance industry experience (Is considered an asset)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 3+ Sales experience with proven ability to connect with people (Is considered an asset)
- Organized, proactive, and motivated to succeed
