Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on solving customer challenges and growing long-term accounts? Join our FleetCare team and help commercial fleet customers maximize uptime through industry-leading repair, maintenance, and managed maintenance solutions.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of private and for-hire fleet customers while developing new business across commercial trucking, trailers, tank trailers, and liftgates. You'll work closely with operations, service leaders, and technology teams to deliver tailored solutions that create real value for customers.
What You'll Do
· Grow service centre and mobile repair, maintenance, and managed maintenance business within your territory.
· Prospect and develop new fleet customers through networking, referrals, and outbound sales.
· Build trusted relationships with key customers through regular in-person customer visits.
· Develop customized maintenance solutions, proposals, and service agreements.
· Present our maintenance programs and technology solutions to customers.
· Manage your sales pipeline, CRM, and opportunities with discipline and accuracy.
· Partner with service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from proposal through execution.
· Represent the company at industry events and stay current on fleet maintenance trends.
What You Bring
· Proven success in fleet maintenance, heavy equipment sales, existing customer relationships, and new business development.
· Strong relationship-building, sales, and communication skills.
· Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
· A consultative approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Strong work ethic, self-motivation, accountability, and a passion for exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
· Experience in transportation, fleet maintenance, heavy equipment, trucking, or related industries is required.
