Rally Subaru is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive BDC Manager to join our award-winning team. This is an 18-month maternity leave position, with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent service-related role upon completion of the term.

What You'll Do
- Lead and coach the Service Appointment Coordinator team, providing ongoing support, training, and performance feedback
- Oversee and optimize all Service BDC operations to maximize appointment conversion, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage outbound customer campaigns, ensuring consistent follow-up and strong customer engagement
- Coordinate service appointments while balancing shop capacity and customer needs
- Work collaboratively with the Service Advisors, Shop Foreman, and Service Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor daily BDC performance, reporting, and process improvements using key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment data
- Provide warranty administration support during a planned two-month coverage period
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall departmental efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous dealership BDC management experience is required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK experience is considered an asset)
- Experience with Xtime is an asset
- Previous warranty administration experience is an asset
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
