Duties
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to homeowners and business owners, demonstrating the value of water softeners and filtration systems.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and tailored product recommendations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities by prospecting in assigned territories and leveraging marketing campaigns.
- Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, follow-up support, and technical assistance.
- Utilize CRM tools like GoHighLevel to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local outreach strategies that boost brand awareness and product adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable water treatment solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines.
- Technical sales experience related to water treatment or similar industries is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
- Bilingual ability in Frenceis a plus to connect with diverse communities.
